How do I schedule my first appointment?

The easiest way is to book online, or you can call us directly. We always recommend starting with a complimentary consultation so Melissa can assess your hair, discuss your goals, and create a personalized plan before your first service.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a one-on-one consultation where Melissa will listen to your hair goals, assess your hair's condition, and discuss the best approach. There's no rush — this is your time. You'll leave with a clear plan and, if you're ready, a beautiful new look.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

How much do services cost?

Pricing varies based on the service, hair length, and complexity. You can view our full menu and starting prices on our Services & Pricing page. For services like color correction or extensions, we recommend a consultation first so we can provide an accurate quote.

Is parking available?

Yes! We have convenient free parking right outside the studio. You won't have to worry about hunting for a spot or feeding a meter.

What is Green Circle Salons?

Moxi Hair Studio is Green Circle Salons certified, which means we recycle up to 95% of salon waste — including hair clippings, foils, color tubes, and chemical waste. Looking beautiful shouldn't cost the earth.
